Dance teacher, choreographer and performer, Sherman is the Founder Director of DanceMos Salsa Dance School.

She started dancing Ballet at age 3 and extended her training to Modern dance and Standard Latin in her teenage. She dances professionally since the age of 16, competing in Standard Latin and achieving numerous awards in the Standard Latin scene, including HK Champion of the year 2010.

She dances Salsa since 2008 and won the title of champion in Hong Kong Salsa Championships in 2010 and 2018, in Partnerwork and Female Solo Category respectively.

She is regularly invited to perform and teach in many overseas events: Taiwan, Singapore, India, Guam, Thailand, China, Vietnam, UK.

With more than 15 years of teaching experience, her classes are friendly and fun, but she uses her technical background to make sure her students always learn the proper way, regardless of their level.
